Photo of Dr. Wally GoddardH. Wallace Goddard

Dr. H. Wallace (Wally) Goddard is a Professor of Family Life for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. He conducts research and develops programs on parenting, marriage, youth development and family relations. He is well-known for his many creative award-winning programs and books. He is well-known across Arkansas and the U.S. for his public television series entitled, "Guiding Children Successfully."

James P. Marshall, Ph.D., L.M.F.T.

Dr. James P. Marshall is an Assistant Professor of Family Life with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service in Little Rock, Ark. He is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a clinical member and approved supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He conducts research and develops programs on parenting, marriage, youth development and family relations. His work focuses on helping people create and maintain quality relationships.

Lindsey Smith

Lindsey Smith, child care program technician, graduated from Harding University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in family life education. She is currently pursuing her master's degree through the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Lindsey coordinates the self-guided study program Guiding Children Successfully.

Rebecca M. Simon

Rebecca Simon is a Program Associate for Family Life with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service since June 2009. Rebecca coordinates the Best Care Program and is a member of the Marriage, Parenting, and Family Life Team. She earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas.

Kathryn Justice

Kathryn Justice is the Program Technician for The Best Care and is a member of the Marriage, Parenting, and Family Life Team. She has earned bachelor's and master's degrees in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas. She has worked for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service since October of 2009.

Joy Buffalo

Joy Buffalo is a Program Technician in the Best Care Connected program and a member of the Marriage, Parenting, and Family Life Team. She has a home economics degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree in adult education from the University of Arkansas.

Ashley Winberry

Ashley Winberry is a Program Technician with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. She assists with the Best Care Connected and Guiding Children Successfully programs. She also enjoys researching and creating tips to improve the lives of Arkansans. Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Sciences from Harding University.

Amber Bobo

Amber Bobo is a Temporary Educator for the U of A Cooperative Extension Service as well as an Adjunct Professor and Advisor for the University of Central Arkansas Family and Consumer Sciences Department.  Amber has a B.S. in Nutrition and an M.S. in FACS with emphasis in Child and Family Studies.
