Information Council (IFIC) Foundation is the educational arm of the

The Healthy
School Meals Training Materials Database is produced by the Healthy School
Meals Resource System (HSMRS), which was developed as a component of Team

Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), a public health agency in the
U.S. Department of Agriculture, protects consumers by ensuring that meat and
poultry products are safe, wholesome, and accurately labeled.
